Hey moms! sit and stand strollers?
What are your take on them? We have a 21 2 year old and one on the way? Do you find them more convenient than the side by side strollers? Im afraid my 2 year old's back will hurt from not having anything to sit back against, but then again i really know nothing about them. What would you suggest. Thanks

Anyone used the Fisher Price sit and stand stroller?
I'm looking for a sit & stand stroller. I found one for sale on craigslist. It's made by Fisher Price. I can't find any stores on line that sell them to get reviews. This stroller isn't even on the Fisher Price web site. Anyone ever use this stroller? Thanks for your info comments.

Would anyone recommend a sit and stand stroller for a mother with a 2 year old and a new born?
I am trying to decide whether to purchase a Joovy Sit and Stand stroller or a Phil and Ted's double stroller. Does anyone have experience with either? Thanks

For those of you who have a sit and stand stroller, Do you like it or hate it???
My husband and I have two little boys. Jason who will be four this Friday & Cody who is 7 months old. We run a pet store and we go to a lot of pet retailer trade shows. We have been looking at the sit and stand stroller. We were wondering what people thought of it. We were also wondering if your older child that is standing in it I know there is a place they can " sit" on it wants to take a nap how do you work that out where they are sitting. Our other choice is a double jogging stroller. The thing I don't like about it is that it dosn't have a place to really store things or a place to put drinks for both kids and parents alike. If you have any other suggestions for a stroller for both kids I would love to hear it. Jason weighs about 42 pounds and Cody weights about 18 pounds. Thanks for the help JenniferCottonwood, CA

Can someone comment on the sit and stand stroller vs. a double for 16 mos old.?
I'm expecting my 4th child. My first two are past their stroller days ages 4 and 5 . The baby is currently 9 mos old which will make him and the new addition 16 mos apart. With the first two kids 19 mos apart I used a double stroller. This time I'm considering a sit and stand. There is one on sale right now for 1 2 price $129 . I'm thinking this will help save space in an already packed van vs the double stroller I mean . Can someone please share their experience good or bad . Thanks.

thinking of getting the baby trend sit and stand stroller today if u don't know its a regular stroller in the front and the back has a place for a older child to stand and hold on or sit uncomfortably, lol so they can hitch a ride on long walks.... we walk a lot in the summer mom to a 3 1 2 year old boy and 8 month old girl....

Hello.. I have a 2.4 year old and a 5 month old. Im in desperate need of a double stroller. None of the double strollers fit in my trunk even though I have a very large sedan . I am thinking about buying a sit and stand stroller. There are 2 type. The sit and stand plus which comes with a second seat with the option of removing it and the regular sit and stand. To all the users out there which would you recommend??I already have an umbrella stroller for my eldest and a soft carrier for my baby. The issue is I live in new england and it is way to cold to be taking the baby out of the car seat and trying to get him in the carrier. It worked well in the fall but its just too cold for that now. I like keeping him in his car seat with the bundle me

Sit and Stand stroller for 15 month old and newborn?
When my second son is born my oldest will be 15 months. The sit and stand strollers are a little cheaper and not as bulky as regular tandem strollers. Is the back part of the stroller comfy to sit in? Looking at pictures and strollers in stores it just doesn't seem like it would be comfy for a 15 month old, Especially if he wanted to go to sleep. Has anyone used a sit and stand with a 15 month old and do you think it's better to just spend the extra money and get a normal tandem stroller?

my son will be 2 1 2 when our next baby is born, i know i will need a stroller for both and i don't want a side by side, i like the idea of the sit and stand but i worry that he will still be too young and he might want to nap or relax instead of sitting on a bench but i know i wont be able to handle a double seeing as i am a very tiny person and my trunk space is limited. what are your experiences with the sit and stand and the double also if you know of a good sit and stand or double

Should I buy a Sit and Stand stroller if my older child is already 4 years old?
We have a newborn and a big boy, and we live in the suburbs, so this wouldn't be our pedestrian minivan. I was thinking for longer excursions when big bro might get tired and cranky. Problem is, he was out of his own stroller very early, so he may not want to use the ride behind seat. Would this be a waste of money?

I have a 5 year old and an almost 3 year old. My question is, do you think they are getting to big to use the sit and stand. My 3 y o is tiny she only weighs 22lbs sits in the front and my 5 y o likes to walk until she gets tired then she can stand on the stroller she is not so tiny . Me and my husband have been back and forth on whether or not its time to retire the stroller. Whats you thoughts?
